After opening to great success in 2011, Lukshon continues to offer some of the most authentic and inspired Southeast Asian cuisine in Los Angeles. Chef Sang Yoon, (the discerning palate behind Father’s Office), infuses his menu with complex yet comforting flavors, with dishes that are meant to be shared and pondered, leaving you wanting to explore everything the kitchen has to offer.
We may not be the most objective, but if you don’t believe us, just ask Pulitzer Prize winning food writer Jonathan Gold. Mr. Gold placed Lukshon in the #9 spot of his most-anticipated 101 Best Restaurants list released by the Los Angeles Times earlier this month. The newest addition to Lukshon’s menu: a burger, of course. Not just any burger, but a Spicy Larb Burger – confit spiced pork, cabbage herb slaw, Birdseye chile aioli, and lime dressing on a toasted peanut bun.
If you haven’t ventured out for lunch in a while, it may be time to head over to Lukshon to try the newest burger in town!
