On Saturday, July 7th from 7:30 – 9:30 please join us for a reception and discussion with photographer Kevin McCollister and award-winning author and friend, Lynell George.

Kevin McCollister’s photos featured in the pages of his book, East of West LA, steer us far away from stock images of Los Angeles. Image to image, he reveals an L.A. of quiet stretches, faith, hard work and humble accommodations. In an evening of photographs and conversation, we’ll travel into those intimate spaces and discuss the hidden Los Angeles — and Angelenos — McCollister has come to know.
