On Tuesday, October 27th from 6:00 – 8:00pm, the New School of Cooking opens up their doors for a delicious evening of appetizers, beverages and live cooking demos from their Chef Instructors and current Professional Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts students.  

The New School of Cooking offers recreational classes on a wide range of themes, from Asian Noodles to Artisan Jams, short series such as Basic Pastry and Healthy Cooking, their signature “ProSeries” in both cooking and baking, and the flagship programs of the school – Advanced Professional Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts.
