We are super excited to welcome Women Chefs & Restaurateurs (WCR) to Los Angeles for two days of mentor sessions, panel discussions, cooking competitions and celebrations on April 17 – 18. This year’s theme, “Imagine Your Dreams and Ignite the Future” will provide valuable strategies for women working in hospitality or considering a career in the culinary industry.
On April 18 – Day 2 of the conference, WCR heads over to the New School of Cooking, Arcana: Books on the Arts and the Helms Design Center in Culver City to bring you cutting-edge demos, presentations and interactive sessions. Learn how to demystify sous vide, get totally social media savvy, plus mentoring from world-class chefs such as our very own Chef Sherry Yard.
