Our Helms Bakery die-cut paper coach is modeled after the original school-trip keepsake.

Children would tour Helms and then go home after their visit carrying a paper truck with a freshly baked mini loaf of bread tucked right inside! Angelenos have fond memories of their Helmsman tooting his whistle as he drove through their neighborhood, stopping along the way to pull out the long drawers that stored cookies, donuts, cream puffs and an assortment of Helms Bakery treats.

Our newer version doesn’t come with a mini loaf, but you can enjoy making the Helms Blondie or Brownie recipe at home. Grab one of each and set them up on your kitchen counter for Daily at Your Door delight!
