Close to the Edge is a dynamic exploration of hip hop’s impact on design and architecture — along with a fresh new work by the LA artist Prime. Meet the curator and show designer Sekou Cooke, the artist Prime, and the teams at Socal NOMA, A+D Museum and Helms Bakery District who are cohosting the show.
“Close to the Edge: The Birth of Hip-Hop Architecture” is part of the Los Angeles Design Festival, whose theme is Design for the People. It will be on view through September 17.
