New School of Cooking Students Present Spring Lunch Pop-Up

On Friday, May 20th from 12 to 1pm, New School of Cooking’s Culinary and Baking and Pastry Arts Students will be putting on a Spring Lunch Pop-Up. The four course menu has been designed to showcase skills the students have learned up to this point in their studies and includes Chicken Provençal and a Chocolate Soufflé . This lunch is open to the community and tickets can be purchased for $10.00 at www.newschoolofcooking.com.
Menu: Fresh Baked Bread, Amuse Bouche, Seasonal Greens, Persian Cucumbers and Farmers Market Tomatoes with Vinaigrette,Chicken Provencal with Lyonnaise Potatoes and Ratatouille and Chocolate Soufflé with Grand Marnier Créme Anglaise.
