“My current work focuses on the healing power of water and examines relationships to the body, movement, thread and the natural world. I explore limits of my body using adaptive methods to weave and knit strands of fiber. The process-based sculptures are made using a series of movement meditation forms engaging my physical body to create shapes with thread. Even more than a document of time, each strand represents life and is a symbol of love, renewal, transformation and the interconnectedness of all things.”
