  • Projecting for Peace: Stand with Ukraine

    The next in our series of Projecting for Peace takes us through a series of compelling images organized in a partnership between Ukrainian association of Graphic Designers The 4th Block and Ukranian-born graphic designer, educator, and entrepreneur Olga Severina of Poster Territory. This international poster call initiative presents “Stand with Ukraine”, a way to organize the design community, highlighting strength and unity in the struggle for human rights, freedom, and peace.

  • Projecting for Peace: The Work of Leonid Steele

    Projecting for Peace presents a series of images taken from the artwork of Leonid Steele, completed during his rich artistic life spent in Ukraine. From sunset until 2:00 am on the entrance of the Helms Design Center at 8745 Washington Boulevard.

  • Helms Bakery and Culver Arts Launch a Year-Long Projected Art Installation + Grant Program

    In an effort to find comfort and connectedness through art, architecture, and design, Helms Bakery District in partnership with the Culver City Arts Foundation, is launching Projecting Possibilities, a video installation featuring a new artist each week for 52 weeks, an entire year of rotating digital art exhibitions to celebrate, nourish, support, and promote artists. The program kicks off on Friday May 22nd with an installation from Alexey Steele, the Culver City artist laureate.

  • Women in Business Chamber Event

    On Thursday, November 14th we welcomed the Culver City Chamber for their fourth Women In Business Mixer of 2019, hosted by Room&Board. The Chamber spotlighted one of the many awesome women in business in Culver City, Debbi Jones of Marina Martial Arts.
